here it is!! my winterball outfit for flora :'D it's late and i missed the rp why this :iconsobbplz: even so-- this was so much fun to draw

at first i was like "let's draw flora in a sailor's outfit!" but then i sorta got carried away and pooped that out |D 

i'm also pretty proud of the design-- i think it's one of the best i've ever done tbh omg
